Cult author and graphic novelist Neil Gaiman in his trademark black knitwear.

Cover from Neil Gaiman's latest novel fortunately the milk featuring a brightly coloured illustration of a boy and a dragon on a hot air balloon powered boat

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear cult author Neil Gaiman read and talk about his new children’s novel, Fortunately, the Milk. This brilliantly bonkers adventure includes a time-travelling dinosaur, some wumpires, the Queen of the Pirates and ‘a perfectly normal but very important carton of milk’. Neil is the author of various novels, picture books and graphic novels for children and adults. His Sandman series has been described as ‘the greatest epic in the history of comic books’ (LA Times) and several of his books including Coraline, Stardust and The Graveyard Book have been made into films. This family friendly event is suitable for children aged 7+.
