The status quo might revere men as a class, but it destroys them as individuals.’ In Boys Will Be Boys, Australian feminist Clementine Ford’s furious and funny new book, she considers why toxic masculinity isn’t just bad for women, it’s also bad for men and boys. Through research, culture and anecdotes, Clementine looks at our approach to gender, and how it represses children and the adults they become. Rather than discussing how to arm and protect girls, Clementine flips the question and asks how should we protect boys from masculine stereotypes and raise them to be feminist allies? Hosted by Anita Sethi.
